Refund Statement

Refunds of fine amounts and administration fees will be made ONLY under the following conditions:

     1) The citation in question involved a vehicle which has been proven NOT to have been actively leased to your account.

     2) The citation in question is deemed fleet liable (e.g. if your fleet company has communicated that they are liable for registration and your vehicle receives an expired registration violation).

     3) The citation in question involved a processing error made by either ATS Processing Services or the Fleet Management Company.

All refunds will be made to the original payee name and address within seven business days of approval.
